FÆMEX was born during the parental leave with my second child. I was experiencing the need for finding a community that understands my day-to-day challenges and supports me in pursuing my life targets - without judging on my family model choice.

The FÆMEX program is designed to enable ambitious working parents to advance in both roles, as a passionate parent AND in their careers and excel in their executive positions with stronger support from employers, partners and like-minded leaders.

Companies can not afford to lose their top talents either due to burnouts out of exhaustion, due to them stepping down from their career path because they can not reconcile their roles or simply due to not being family friendly employer. Instead, I am conviced that employers can make a huge difference by actively supporting their talents in this intense time of life, getting in return not only employee retention but executives with a incredibly enhanced set of leadership skills, motivation and experience.

I am conviced, that together we can shape the future of a society in which family and career growth can go in full synergy with eachother and gender equality can truely be lived - at work and at home.
